LOAF & Cortland Area Cares Food
Pantry
|
LOAF - which stands for Lakeview Outreach and
Fellowship is an ecumenical organization that includes 7 churches in the Bazetta/Cortland
area. They participate in community, nation and worldwide outreach events.
The local food
pantry called Cortland Area Cares is formed by a group of volunteers and the
LOAF churches provide financial support and food donations. Cortland Area
Cares provides food distribution monthly to families in need in the Cortland
area. |

Project Christmas Child |

Thanksgiving Meals |
For the past 10 years, the youth and adult volunteers have provided a
Thanksgiving meal to individuals on Thanksgiving day. They serve 300 - 500
people each year. Turkeys, pumpkin pies and all the fixins are donated by
church members and the meals are lovingly delivered on Thanksgiving afternoon. |

Boy Scout Troop 50 |
We are a charter sponsor for Troop 50. The scouts meet weekly at BCC. |
